Tasting Notes
Be a winemaker for the day and make your own Bordeaux Style blend. Winemaker Chris Rougeot will walk you through the blending process for making your own blend. A ticket includes one 750 mL bottle of your blend to take home, lunch made by Chef Walter, and a fun time making wine!
