Opening with vanilla, followed by a transition to a deeper note of dried orange peel and the distinctive blend of Chinese 5 Spice. On the palate there are tart fruit notes, with the richness of cherry and strawberry jam, a burst of citrusy brightness from kumquat, and a layer of complexity.
