Tasting Notes
Deep and inky in color with an expansive bouquet of dark chocolate, boysenberry and black cherry, followed by freshly ground coffee, dried thyme and a hint of graphite originating from the calcareous soil. It is full-bodied and powerful on the palate with notable dried fig and dark fruits. Grippy tannins and firm acidity reflect a beautiful balance between structure and finesse.
