2021 ESTATE ISABELLA BLANC DE NOIRS SPARKLING WINE

Building on the success of our Rosé of Sangiovese and recognizing the varietys potential, we crafted this expressive estate sparkling wine using the traditional méthode champenoise. This delicate, effervescent wine is dedicated to Walter and Sylvias granddaughter, Isabella.

The wine opens with aromas of peach and crème fraîche, followed by subtle hints of freshly baked brioche. The palate reveals notes of tamarind and macadamia, supported by crisp acidity and a silky, balanced mouthfeel.
