2022 ROSA MARIA ESTATE SPARKLING WINE

Light pink in color, the 2022 Rosa Marie Sparkling Rose shows baking spices and Brioche on the nose, followed by dried Rose petal and apple notes. The fine bubbles tickle the tongue offering flavors reminiscent of peach cobbler and crème fresh. The pallet is dry and clean, with a long lingering finish. This sparkling wine will pair beautifully with pan seared scallops and oysters on the half shell as well as light deserts and cheeses.
